This is a MTV of the infamous proposed national broadband project supposedly undertaken by the Philippine government with a China firm-- ZTE Corporation.

President Gloria Arroyo cancelled the project amidst allegations of kickbacks. It resulted to the resignation of Election body chairman Benjamin Abalos who allegedly brokered the deal and offering money to at least a top government official.
